home services staff links		STAFF PROFILES Russell S. Aloi Invex Investigations was founded in 1978 by Russell S Aloi. Mr. Aloi is a former police officer with the Fairfax County, Virginia Police Department and an Insurance Adjustor with Utica Mutual Insurance Company. The two backgrounds led to starting the investigation business. Mr. Aloi has been an instructor for Baywinds Learning Center in Tampa, where he taught service of process and private investigation classes. He is a member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, as well as the Florida Association of Professional Process Severs. He is a past president and vice president of the Pinellas Association of Private Investigators.
